Once the contract is signed, you must make a payment of 190€ to confirm the service.
These 190€ will be discounted from the first month payment or, on the contrary, if you end up not hiring the service, will be charged for the work we have done. They are not refundable.
Once you have paid the 190€ with credit card via stripe, you will be redirected to a form for you to fill all the information we need to search for the professional you need.
This form is where you will need to spend a little time so we can find you the best professional for your company.

Once you have filled the form, we will take care of everything.
As soon as you filled this information, we will start the process of searching and selecting the best talent for your company.
You will see that throughout the process, you will be able to contact us by phone, chat or scheduling a presentation.
There is always a small percentage of professionals who don’t quite fit in.
No matter how hard we try at Ekalon to introduce you to the ones we consider to be the best professionals, they may not fit with your company’s culture or maybe that person is just not as good as we had anticipated.
This happens at Ekalon and at the best houses.
In case this happens, it’s is no problem and that is what Ekalon’s service is for.
If you tell us during the first month, you don’t have to tell us 15 days in advance. You can do it from one day to the next.
In case the professional has been working for you for over a month, you must tell us 15 days in advance.
Once you have informed us about the situation, you may or may not want us to look for a replacement.
If you don’t want us to look for a replacement, we will refund you the difference of days that you have paid vs the days the professional has worked.
In case you want a replacement, you tell us and we will introduce you to another professional as soon as possible.
In order to avoid situations like someone leaving a job to start working with you, and after a few weeks you see it is not what you expected, we will do the following:
In case the professional you select already has a job when they apply to your offer, we have a system so that you can test each other by working together for 20 hours to see if you like them and if they like you, your team and your company.
It works this way

- We try to make sure as much as we can that the person you select is someone who fits you and to avoid happening that after 3 weeks you see that the professional is not what you expected and has left a job to come with you.
That said,
As soon as you want to change the professional for whatever reason, let us know and we will do whatever you prefer.
- We wait to find a new person, make the filter and you validate it so that the position in your company does not remain empty while we find another person.
- If you don’t want that person to stay more days even if you don’t have a replacement, we fire them and we will do our best to find you someone to cover that position as soon as possible.
- If you don’t want them to be there anymore and you don’t want to replace them, you will be charged the 15 days notice and that’s it.
Of course, you can find lower-cost profiles.
- We only work with good profiles. Normally, people who accept a low salary, has a low quality of work.
- Our business is not to squeeze the professionals we find to the max.
On the contrary, it is to offer them something better than what they find in their own countries, at the same time that you save up to 60% of what it would cost you in the US and we can take a margin sufficient enough to be able to continue offering a very good service to a our clients.
If your intention is to save every penny hiring remote professionals, Ekalon is not the right partner for you.

Just know, as everything in this life, the more specific and concrete it is, the more difficult it will be to find. It will take more time and probably the cost of that profile will be more expensive than usual.

If you want them full-time, they will be 100% just for you.
If you choose part-time, they will work for you and some other company.

We just require a 15-days notice.
When you want to let them go, we will ask you if you would recommend this person to another company, if you would hire them again.
Sometime, we dispense with personnel for reasons that have nothing to do with that person’s good performance or professionalism.
In case this person is valuable, we will immediately look for a place for them in another company.

There is no penalty, no extra fee or obligation to remain.
The only “cost” you will have, in case you tell us that you want to let someone go and you don’t want that person to continue once we have informed them, will be the 15-day notice that we give them.
You don’t have to worry about that.
With our outsourcing system, you don’t have to worry about social security or income taxes. You will be billed as an external service, such as a management agency or an office cleaning service company.

We will send you those profiles that have passed our selection process.
We try to always send between 3 and 5 profiles for you to interview and select which one you like for the position.
Take into consideration that a few days may go by from the moment we introduce you the first candidate to the moment we present the last one. We recommend that as soon as you see one you like, you select that person, because there is a chance that while you think about it, another company has already selected them.
We don’t do that; you will have to control your team.
The professional is now part of your team, so you will have to manage them as such.
From Ekalon, we can recommend you a Business Operating System and different softwares that will help you both with the remote team we build for you, as well as with the team that work with you physically at the office in order for you to:
- be able to manage the team
- organize and control projects and tasks
It takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Depending on the professional profile you need, it can take from 2 to 4 weeks.
- To give some examples:
Customer service or administrative: 15 to 20 days. - Community Manager or graphic designer: 20 to 25 days.
- SEM or SEO: 25 to 30 days

As in the US, the professional will adjust to work at the time that is necessary, even night shifts.
Keep in mind that in Latin America, people usually start their day very early, they usually get up at 5 or 6 am.
The time difference depending on the country, can range from 4 hours to 8 hours.
There is no time change (day-light saving) between winter and summer, so it varies according to the time of the year.
Therefore, a normal working schedule for most of them would be to start at 10-11am Spain, although you can ask them to start earlier without any problem.
We will look for profiles according to your needs and that can adjust their working hours to what your company needs.
In the form we will ask you to fill in, we will ask you for information about it.
Of course, the more you can adapt the schedule to a “normal” one, the easier and cheaper it will be to find a good professional.
The cost of the professional profiles varies a lot depending on the position we are looking for and the necessary experience you have requested.

With more basic positions the cost starts at 400€ part-time or 700€ full-time.
Yes, we know that you can find cheaper profiles in Latin America, but we are not in the business of squeezing professionals to work for the minimum possible.
We offer a quality service that benefits everyone, so if your intention or need is to pay as little as possible, Ekalon is not your solution.

Once the contract is signed, we will send you to Stripe to make the payment of 190€ so that we can start looking for the professional.
Once you select the professional from the ones we present you, you will be asked again for the information of a card (it can be the same or different from the previous one), in which we will charge you monthly for the service on the 1st of each month until you cancel it.
The invoices will be issued from our company in the USA and will not include VAT.
